Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply whenever you visit or use MariaLisaHomes and its pages.

Last updated: October 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting or using MariaLisaHomes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. Continued use after any update means the revised terms apply to you.

What MariaLisaHomes Provides

MariaLisaHomes shares general information about home warranty plans for household appliances and systems. The site is not a home warranty provider, an insurer or a repair service, and nothing on it is a binding offer of coverage.

Any plan you choose is issued by a separate provider under its own contract. That contract alone decides what is covered, what is excluded and how service requests are handled.

Eligibility and Accounts

The site is intended for adults who can form a binding agreement in their state of residence. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete details
  • Keep your password private and secure
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account
  • Report any unauthorized use of your account promptly

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you will not:

  • Submit false information or pose as another person
  • Attempt to access areas or data without permission
  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the site
  • Copy, scrape or resell site content for commercial purposes

Text Messages and Communications

If you opt in on the signup form, MariaLisaHomes may send service and marketing text messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

Plan Information and Third Parties

Descriptions of covered items, exclusions and service steps on this site are general in nature and may differ from the terms of a specific plan. The site may link to or refer you to third party providers, and MariaLisaHomes is not responsible for their content, policies or decisions.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos and layout on MariaLisaHomes belong to the site owner or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, noncommercial use only. Any other use requires prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis. MariaLisaHomes makes no warranty that the information is complete, current or suited to your situation, and does not guarantee that any plan will approve a particular service request.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MariaLisaHomes is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including decisions made about a home warranty plan.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to these terms or the site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where the law does not permit it. Class actions and class arbitrations are not allowed under this agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to These Terms

MariaLisaHomes may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the revised version takes effect once posted.
